Как сообщает пресс-служба Киевской горгосадминистрации, пострадавших от Элита-Центра поселили в 126-квартирном жилом доме на проспекте Правды, 5-Б. Следующие квартиры будут распределяться в домах на проспекте Маяковского, 1-3 (42 квартиры) и на ул. Лайоша Гавро (60 квартир).

«Завтра депутатский корпус рассмотрит решение о снятии ограничений на сроки подачи потерпевшими заявлений в городскую администрацию. Таким образом, мы хотим восстановить имущественные права 600 инвесторов, чтобы они могли рассчитывать на новое жилье», - подчеркнула заместитель Киевского городского головы - секретарь Киевсовета Галина Герега.

По данным МВД, в результате строительной аферы «Элита-Центр», которая была раскрыта в феврале 2006 года в Киеве, пострадали 1750 человек. КГГА приняла к рассмотрению заявления 1143 инвесторов. Остальные 607 вкладчиков опоздали с подачей заявок на жилье. Александр Волконский (Шахов), обвиняемый в организации строительной аферы, задержан. В марте дело было направлено на дорасследование.
